Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Arya Foods, we are committed to delivering your favorite healthy snacks and nutritional products right to your doorstep. Please read our shipping and delivery policy carefully to understand our practices.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Please note that we do not deliver to:

  • PO Box addresses
  • Certain remote or inaccessible locations (as determined by our courier partner)

If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout or via email/phone after order placement.

2. Shipping Charges

  • FREE SHIPPING on all orders above ₹3,000
  • For orders below ₹3,000, shipping charges will be calculated dynamically based on:

    • Product weight
    • Delivery location/pin code

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: 2-3 working days (Monday to Saturday)
  • Orders are processed during business days only (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays)
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

4. Delivery Time

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch
  • Delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment, not from the date of order placement
  • Total time from order to delivery: Approximately 5-8 working days
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and unforeseen circumstances

5. Order Tracking

Every order is shipped with a tracking number. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A shipment confirmation email/SMS with tracking details
  • A tracking link to monitor your delivery status in real-time

You can track your order at any time through our courier partner Shiprocket or by contacting our customer support.

6. Delivery Partner

We partner with Shiprocket for all our deliveries. Shiprocket works with multiple trusted courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts at your provided address.

If delivery fails after all attempts:

  • You will be notified via phone/email
  • The package will be returned to our warehouse
  • You may be required to place a fresh order, and shipping charges may apply
  • Alternatively, you may contact us at info@aryafoodsnutri.com or +91 8149883805 to arrange re-delivery (additional charges may apply)

Common reasons for failed delivery:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer unavailable at the delivery location
  • Refused delivery
  • Inaccessible location

8. Delivery Address

Please ensure that you provide:

  • Complete and accurate delivery address with landmark
  • Correct pin code
  • Active contact number

Note: We cannot modify the delivery address once the order has been dispatched. Please double-check your address before confirming your order.

9. Signature on Delivery

A signature may be required at the time of delivery for certain orders to ensure safe handover of your package.

10. Damaged, Defective, or Lost Shipments

We take utmost care in packaging your orders. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product:

Damaged Products:

  • Please inspect your package at the time of delivery
  • If you notice any damage, record a video (unboxing video preferred) showing the damaged product and packaging
  • Send the video to info@aryafoodsnutri.com within 2 days of delivery
  • Our team will review your claim and initiate a full refund or replacement as appropriate

Lost Shipments:

  • If your order shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact us immediately
  • We will coordinate with our courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue

Important: Claims without proper video evidence or submitted after 2 days may not be entertained.

11. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery, we request customers to:

  • Provide accurate and complete delivery information
  • Be available at the delivery address or authorize someone to receive the package
  • Inspect the package for any visible damage at the time of delivery
  • Check the contents immediately after delivery and report any issues within 2 days
  • Retain the original packaging until you are satisfied with the product

12. Delays and Force Majeure

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Natural disasters, extreme weather conditions
  • Political unrest, strikes, or lockdowns
  • Courier partner delays
  • Incorrect address or contact information
  • Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Arya Foods shall not be liable for delays caused by such events. We will, however, keep you informed and make every effort to expedite delivery.

13. Products We Ship

We ship a range of healthy and nutritious food products including:

  • Roasted Makhana (Fox Nuts)
  • Raw Makhana
  • Popcorn
  • Homemade Ladoos
  • Dry Fruits
  • Seeds
  • Raw Honey

Our products do not require special temperature-controlled shipping but are carefully packaged to maintain freshness and quality.

14. Holidays and Non-Working Days

Orders will not be processed or shipped on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery services may also be suspended on such days.
