Returns & Cancellation Policy

At Arya Foods, we are committed to delivering the highest quality, authentic, and wholesome products to your pantry. As our products are edible food items, we adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards. Please read our policy carefully.

1. Our No-Return Policy (Food Safety & Hygiene)

Due to the perishable nature of our products and strict food safety regulations, all sales are considered final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are undamaged, unwanted, or where a change of mind has occurred once the order has been delivered. This ensures that every customer receives only untouched, safely packaged food items directly from our facility.

2. Exceptions: Returns for Quality or Damage Issues

We only offer replacements or refunds if the item you received falls into one of the following categories:

A. Damaged or Tampered Product

If the product is received in a damaged or compromised condition (e.g., seal broken, packaging crushed, product spilled).

B. Incorrect or Missing Item

If the item delivered is different from what you ordered, or if an item is missing from your shipment.

C. Expired or Poor Quality Product

If the product delivered is past its printed expiry date or is clearly of substandard quality upon opening (e.g., stale, foul smell).

Procedure for Claiming an Exception:

  1. Time Limit: You must notify the Arya Foods Customer Support team of any issue within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Claims made after this period may be rejected.
  2. Evidence Required: You must provide clear, high-resolution photographs or videos showing the extent of the damage, the tampered seal, or the incorrect item delivered.
  3. Resolution: Upon verification, Arya Foods will offer the best resolution, which may include a full refund or a replacement shipment of the correct item, provided the item is in stock.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

A. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order for a full refund without question at any time before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Please contact Customer Support immediately with your order number.

B. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • If you refuse the delivery at your door, the package will be returned to us. In this case, your refund will be processed minus the shipping and handling charges incurred by Arya Foods.

4. Refund Process Details

All refunds are processed based on the original payment method used during checkout.
